returns policy

Exchanges, returns and store credit:

-due to just starting up you can return items and get store credit in exchange however no refunds  (please email or instagram message Vion.designs) 

- Customers are to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect

- We recommend using a traceable service when posting your item to reduce the risk of theft or lost parcels.

-returns within 7 days 

-if items seem worn or faulty then no refund will be given
